K, so we always hear how not to ever use comic sans (and papyrus) —which I would say is generally true, unless you are actually making a comic book (and even then ...I'm not sure)
This article anthropomorphizes comic sans, and other various typefaces (as did the video we saw during the first class) — which can help us to understand typefaces in terms of their connotative qualities.
I had this letter pinned up in my workspace and I am very happy that Jade from class brought this to my attention once again as I think it is a funny but effective characterization.
